Position: Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:
Responsible for the design and development of software applications in programming languages and design patterns in accordance with project specifications and software quality control procedures. Defining and Preparing technical documentation to support the development initiative of the project. Leading initiatives in improvements of products, processes and systems. Conducting code reviews and help with design reviews. Participate in project activities involving design, development, and testing of web and client server based applications. Conduct design, development and deployment of Content Management Systems. Architect, design, and develop Portal systems. Develop J2EE customized application solution and Business process management (BPM).

Experience/ Qualifications:
Master's or foreign acad. equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related plus 3 years of experience. Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in lieu of MS + 3. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience for offered position. Experience with Java, J2EE, Design Patterns, XML/Web Services, Web Sphere, Oracle, Unix reqd.
