Position: Program/ Project Manager

Job Descripton:

• Plan, track, and manage multiple project initiatives.
• Ensure project scope is clearly defined, approved, and implemented.
• Balance requirements with technical, resource, and other constraints to ensure project objectives are realized.
• Characterize tasks, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and identify issues.
• Work with teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure any impact to project scope, schedule, or budget is communicated early and standard change control process is followed.
• Report project progress to team members and stakeholders, in a clear and timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and procedures.
• Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and issues.
• Proactively identify and solve project obstacles.

Experience/ Qualifications:

• US Citizenship
• Certified ScrumMaster or higher certification is a definite plus.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant field – and/or the equivalent, with 10-15 years software project management experience.
• Specific training and experience in project management tools and methodologies.
• Solid skills in implementation planning, delivery, and risk management.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment and manage the work of cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and manage expectations.
• Ability to multi-task on projects.
• Technical familiarity with the Identity, Credential, and Access Management, Web Single Sign-On, SAML, Web 2.0 industries.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
