Position: Senior Python/ Java Engineer

Job Title: Senior Web Engineer

Job Descripton:

• Design, develop, test and maintain and Python/Java applications
• Participate in the reviewing the clients requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Participate in design, code reviews and integration testing

Experience/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
• 6-8 years of design and development experience in developing J2EE , Python based hosted web applications
• Knowledge of Java, Python, DJango, Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture
• Good understanding of open source products and frameworks
• Excellent understanding of application server like Weblogic, Tomcat, JBoss
• Experience with developing enterprise web applications
• Experience with object oriented analysis and design patterns is plus
• 3-5 years experience with Web front end technologies
• HTML/DHTML, Javascript, XML/XSL technologies
• Knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL , SQL queries & UNIX
• Experience with Hibernate, Spring framework is plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Attention to detail, quality and ability to work under tight deadlines
